Blueteazle is all about doing things. If you want a consultant who gives you a pretty report on what to do and then leaves you to get on with it then you don't want us!

Led by Gilli Galloway, an inspirational and experienced Director, the Blueteazle team will become part of your organisation for just as long as you need us, but no longer. Your own team will be supported to take things forward in the longer term.
We will implement projects, facilitate change, seek solutions to issues and challenges and deliver a transformed business to you.
We are also able to assist in recruiting and training your permanent staff to enable you to take forward the systems, savings, processes and procedures that we will have created and implemented with you.
